The stay with Beatríz was exactly as I hoped it would be!
First of all, a general comment: The room is very large, bright and faces the backyard. It is very well equipped so you have your own space. The apartment is also very well located. The neighborhood is safe and you can easily and quickly get to the center or trendy districts by bike. You have everything you need to live close by and it is also well located, for example, to do a language course at the CECM of the UdG or to take the bus to Mexico City.Beatríz is an excellent hostess. She is always available for a chat and helped me feel comfortable in my new "home". On the other hand, she also gave me plenty of space so that I could have my peace and quiet, as well. Beatríz is a very warm person and I would like to thank her very much for the amazing stay! :-)

My stay at Beatriz's place was amazing, she is super kind and attentive and made my experience very comfortable. The location is super convenient and the space at the room and bathroom is very ample. I totally recommend this homestay!

Staying with Beatriz was one of the most incredible decisions about going to Mexico. The house and room have personality, and the hostess is on top of anything you need.
When I arrived, I had no Spanish in my tool box, and thanks to Beatriz I left with so much! She was patient, understands a lot of English, and when you want your space she accommodates!
I'm definitely going back!

If you'd like a super quiet place with no noise/distraction, then Beatriz's place is for you. Beatriz is the only one who lives on the 2nd floor (her mother lives on the first floor) and she gives you your privacy. The home is old but has character. The Wi-fi is quick and I was able to do videocalls w/ no problem.
Beatriz is kinda and provides coffee and snacks everyday. She helped me improve my Spanish.
(The washing machine and kitchen sink weren't working and so I had to visit a laundromat. This may be inconvenient for some guests. Perhaps it will be fixed soon (just inquire). )
