House Rules
House Rules in apartments 1 We would like to introduce you to the house rules to make your stay in the house have had friendly, and for further information, please contact your host. 2 Accommodation is available from 12:00 on day of arrival until 10:00 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed in advance with the owner, otherwise still retaining obligated to pay for another day. 3 During use keep your apartment to maintain order and cleanliness of the same, as well as to take care of your belongings and valuables left in the apartments and the host not responsible for any loss thereof. 4 Guests are responsible for their behavior in the home and its surroundings, and in the case of an accident they suffer the consequences. 5 If you decide to terminate your earlier, you are required to pay the entire booking room.6 The front door of the apartment when you lock the inside, and when you leave be sure to lock the doors and windows, turn off lights and electrical appliances (TV, air conditioning, stove, etc. ..) And turn off the water. 7 The owner (the host) is entitled in the absence of hosts, in emergency situations, to enter the apartment in order to prevent possible damage or danger. How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
