About the Area
The apartment is located in the center of Budva in a quiet and safe area. We are 300m from the city center and only 30mins drive from Tivat airport. The bus station is only 10 minutes' walk from the apartment and there are lots of options using this bus station. The beach is located 300m from the apartment where you will also find trendy cafes, bars and restaurants and some nice fashion boutiques.

Payment policy: Reservation is confirmed when the deposit in the amount of 30% of the total amount of reservation is paid on our bank account (bank payment instructions will be sent to you when requested) The rest of the amount of reservation is paid on the day of arrival During the making of reservation, guests are obligated to report the exact number of people that will stay in the apartment City tourist tax is not included in the apartment rate during limited 0,80 Euro / per person per day and it is paid on arrival. Cancellation / no show policy The deposit paid for reservation is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no show. Check in / Check out Check in is from 14:00 h. Check out time is until 10:00 am Early check-in or later check out can be negotiated Collecting keys Guests are obligated to inform owner or his representative about their arrival and departure details so they know when to expect you. The keys will be handed over to you on arrival from the owner.Guests are obligated to return all keys on departure day. Rules of conduct in the apartment Pets are allowed in the apartment Guests are required to carefully handle the equipment in the apartment and they are required to pay for any damage Partying is unacceptable in the apartment. Thank you for understanding. We do not accept reservations who rent apartments for illegal activities Guests are not allowed to make noise or disturb neighbors in anyway, especially between 14h and 17h, and from 22h to 9am in the morning Guests are not allowed to accept visitors, but followed by the rules stated herein

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
