We are delighted to welcome you in our beautiful home and extend our hospitality during your stay with us. Our vision is to provide the finest and personalized care to our valued guest ensuring the expressed and unexpressed needs are met. We are family of four, five-star hotel guest services experienced from 2007-2018 in United Arab Emirates, aiming to welcome the guest from worldwide and bonding between cultures with almost minimal cost.
Please be informed that our room rates (Deluxe/1 triple bed: Nrs 2000 per night and Superior/1 triple bed: Nrs 2500 per night) alongside other features can be negotiated according to the number of occupant. The concept behind our HOME is to let you feel that you are no where but in your own home. Any suggestion, plan, enthusiasm, assistance are highly welcomed.

About the Area
Our house is located on the southwest side of Kathmandu valley, a quiet and safe environment. We are 5 km from the city center and only 30 minutes drive from the Kathmandu International Airport. The bus stop is only 5 minutes walk from the house and there are also on call taxi and vehicles. 10 minutes walk would take us to Kirtipur Market.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
