I live north of auckland in newzealand.7 minuts driving to the longbay beach.My husband fanbo Meng and one son winston.We have four bedrooms,one is downstair about approximate 20 square meter and a separate bathroom. Another is upstair.Also we have large deck. It is very convenient for bus, 5 minuts by walk.

Our house is located on the north of auckland city in newzealand.It is quite,and safe suburb called torbay,which has famous longbay beach.
The bus stop is only 5 minuts by walk to town and city.

Our stay with Lanny and her family couldn't have gone better. It was a perfect situation for us, near locations and friends that we wanted to visit. Lanny was the perfect hostess, bending over backwards to help us in any way we she could. My wife and I highly recommend this homestay location.

I'm form Brazil and came to NZ to study. Yun Hua is a very nice person and host as well. I was very well received by her one month ago. The place is clean and have all that you need for a short or long staying.

Lanny hosted my son last weekend when he attended a sailing regatta. She went out of her way to be helpful, which I appreciated.

Thoroughly enjoyed our months stay with Lanny and her family. House is in a very quiet safe location and is excellently placed for access to the city by bus. We stayed in the basement room which was almost as good as its own apartment as there is a bathroom across the hall and a door straight out onto the drive. The family are very welcoming and helpful and you are given your own privacy. Would definitely recommend this homestay

Yun Hua (Lanny) and her family have been really welcoming and helpful, sharing their home with me, but at the same time allowing me to be as independent as I wanted to be. The room is large and well-equipped, and the location is very peaceful, green and full of birdsong, but at the same time quite convenient.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
