We live in St Johns, an area not far from the Auckland city and all the amenities are within 10 minutes walking distance. Train to the city is the fastest way of transport which takes only 12 minutes and cost $3.10 one way. Close to Mount Wellington, Panmure, Manukau, Middlemore etc.
Our house is a recently built warm comfortable and have spare rooms. Some rooms have attached bathrooms.
We have a free food cupboard where you can find quick breakfast lunch like, if you arrive at an odd time.
All rooms have a queen bed and a desk, chair in each room. We provide bed linen. Rent include water, power and WIFI, separate kitchen for flatmates, separate laundry facilities
we have upgraded our queen beds with comfort extra firm mattress. This bed may feel a bit hard if you are used to soft mattresses
NO COUPLES please, singles only.
We take a refundable deposit of $400 from the tenant on arrival for breakages/arrears if any
Long term tenants will need to clean the bathroom every fortnight and Kichen once a month.
All rooms are almost identical
if you do not find all the dates in one room/calendar you may book part in another calendar

20 min drive from the airport
We are 12 min ride to Britomart by train. You can live here even without a car as all the amenities are within 10 min walking distance

House Rules
We like neat and tidy people and honesty is greatly appreciated.
We do not provide meals, but there is some fast breakfast or lunch options, you can grab in our free cupboard if you arrive on a odd time.
The guests are required to clean the bathrooms (every fortnight) and the utility areas on a roster provided.
Full payment on arrival is desired. If you have any difficulty we can arrange payment options to pay monthly or weekly (in advance)
If you don't like cleaning you can pay us $25 per week, and we can get it cleaned for you.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
