Our home is a three bedroom one with main bathroom available which we are happy for quests to use, we currently have two separate bedrooms available each with a queen size bed. Heaps of sun here, with room outside to relax. There is off street parking. A Warm relaxing and quiet home.
Additional Info
You are welcome to cook a meal from your home and share, the dishwasher will do the dishes. There is a local friendly pub five minutes WALK away from here. I have hosted overseas guests at our previous home and here that have become very firm family and friends.

About the Area
Our home is located close to the shopping center of Paraparaumu which has Trading banks and a Post Office. We have a new indoor swimming pool and beaches less than five minutes away; we are less than an hours drive to Wellington when there is no problems with heavy traffic and it is a good location to a stop over before making your way further up the North Island be it to Waikanae Levin or Wanganui or Wellington to get the ferry for the South Island especially now with progressing new expressway. There is good railway and bus services except long weekends, when there is also bug traffic delays in places.

House Rules
Hello,
Clean up after yourself at all times, turn lights off when finished in the room you were in. No noise after 9pm at nights. No smoking inside at all, or on our property and no drugs or visitors allowed.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
