My home has four comfortable bedrooms, three bathrooms, three toilets a large dining and lounge area which overlooks the lake views. A beautiful home where you will absolutely enjoy the atmosphere which surrounds native trees and the lake edge
I live 15 minutes drive from Rotorua city. I live in a area called Mourea a small community rural town which has two cafes, restaurant and bar, sports club/bar, kayaking, bushwalks and fishing. A yatch club is 5 minutes walk and a boat ramp if you wish to take a trip to the hot pools accessible by water only
A great town to visit
I love cooking, baking making fresh bean coffees
I have no children, one cat no dogs and heaps of hospitality
I live 15 minutes drive from Rotorua near our famous lake renown for the great brown trout, fishing, hot pools, water ski-ing, kayaking and many bush walks

I live rural 15 minutes and 26 km from Rotorua city. i liove near lakes a small community with a dairy, cafes/restaurant and bars, kayaking, fishing and bush walks
Buses travel through twice a day Monday to Friday on route to Tauranga city
5 minute walk to a bus stop from my home
I live near the lake with great views a yatch club 5 minutes away and catch a boat to our beautiful hot pools only accessible by water

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
