We live on a picturesque Wool Sheep farm, surrounded by rolling hills and friendly animals. . We have a variety of tours available, from farm animal feeding, wool craft and horse riding.
We currently rent our self contained camper van, complete with two double beds, suits two to three people. There is a toilet, dining area, bbq area, small fridge, gas cooker, bedding, internet access, cooking equipment and lovely gardens and amazing views.
I am a University trained Teacher, I can also include language lessons.

About the Area
Our picturesque farm is located about 20 mins from Rotorua and 25 mins from Rotorua Airport. We can pick you up from Auckland airport for an additional fee or free pickup from Rotorua airport. Rotorua has incredible tourist attractions, geysers, mineral hot pools, shopping, scenic tours, bungy jumping, extreme sports, Maori cultural activities, Animal parks, horse riding, rafting, hiking, and fishing and boating activities. Hobbiton is nearby, along with Tauranga and it's beautiful beaches. Rotorua is a tourist's paradise.

Apart from helping with our washing we felt we were imposing and not particularly welcome. The house was untidy, the bedroom hadn’t been cleaned with cobwebs behind the bed head and the bathroom, particularly the bath were dirty. The worst place we have ever stayed in in all our travels around the world. I therefore cannot believe the previous write ups.

Luckly most guests find the fully cooked breakfast, $3000 bed and view of the gardens and walk around the farm delightful. It's a shame that you were unable to enjoy what we offered you. As, you used the shower not the bath, used by my child when he's been running around the farm, it was not something you needed to be concerned about. Perhaps a Farm Stay on a budget price may not suit you and a city location in a hotel might be more what you are looking for. Summer season is busy for us and we have guests stay with us and enjoy the experience. I generally spend an entire day making sure the gardens and indoors are clean for guests. It is a huge amount of effort to open our home to visitors from around the world and not one we take lightly. All the best, Angie.November 2016
We had a very nice stay with Angela and her family. We got very good breakfast every morning with a lot of food to choose. If we needed Dinner, she cooked us some awesome homemade meals which always tasted very good!
Her farm is very lovely with all the ducks, chickens and sheep around. There is a beautiful view from the hill at the back of the farm and the beautiful colors of all the flowers in the driveway is just stunning.March 2016
The stay at Angela's farm was great. She, her husband, son, and Japanese student welcomed us very well.
The dinner was great, and so the breakfast.
Angela also arranged for washing our clothes, which is a plus.
The farm is close to Rotorua, but most of all to Waikite Valley Thermal Pools, where we had a great time.So we'd recommend Angela for your future trips in Rotorua area!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
