I offer two apartments and a room just 10 minutes from Tocumen International Airport. in a safe and relaxing environment and with Wifi. I live alone on the property, which allows me to receive the guest personally. I do not speak English, but my 6 years of experience in this service has taught me to communicate with the guest and help them using Google translator. If the guest requests it, I offer guidance on the activities they wish to do on their vacation.
The room is in my house, which I share the bathroom and kitchen with the guest. The terrace can be used by the three accommodations, they have a key, they also have a small terrace in the back.
The apartments have capacity for two to three people, they have a separate entrance but within my property. They have private access, living room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom with bathroom (hot water), Wi-Fi cable TV. There is a small shop selling snacks and soft drinks and magnets to remember Panama.
My accommodations are accessible to supermarkets and restaurants within a 20-minute walk.
Public transportation is by card which you can purchase at the airport to travel to the city by Bus or Metro Train.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Payment Method: Payments by Paypal. Also in agreement with the host in the accommodation in cash or Visa Card, MasterCard then in agreement with the Host. The Bank charges a commission of 3% of the value of the stay for card payments.
Cancellation policies: To cancel their reservation, the guest must contact us 8 days before their reservation for a refund of their money. If you do not do so, you lose your refund.
The rate is for two (2) guests, if you bring a third you must pay an additional 8 dollars.
Accommodation Rules:
Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation
There are no parties in the accommodation
Do not eat in the rest room
take care of your accommodation if you damage something you must pay for it
If you are not in your room for a reasonable amount of time, turn off the lights and air conditioning.
If you bring pets you must pay a supplement of 8 dollars
If you bring children 13 years old and older you must pay a supplement of 6 dollars

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
