Quiet, spacious and bright en-suite room in the most strategic place in residential neighbourhood. Beautiful garden, full of light and sun, for one or two people. At walking distance to the most fashionable shopping malls, pubs and night life. There is a TV in the living room. Laundry places are just 3 blocks away from the house. You are more than welcome to use our grill for your own Paraguayan barbacue, just remember to try the Sopa Paraguaya and the Chipa Guazu as well! Sharing spaces are the garden, patio and the kitchen.

About the Area
This is a quiet, safe neighbourhood, yet at walking distance from anything and everything. We are located near the main avenues of Asuncion, so to catch a bus or to get a taxi is not difficult. Coming from or getting to the airport will probably take you 20 min. There are minimarkets on our road and a very nice hamburger /pizza place just two blocks from here! Main supermarkets, pharmacies are probably at a 10´ walk. As general references, Shopping del Sol, Carmelitas, Mariscal Lopez Av, Santa Teresa Av, and España Avenue are all very close!

House Rules
Guests are asked to be respectful, wash their dishes after they have used them. We ask them to be careful with the keys and to remember to return them back to us. If they don´t do so, we have to change the locks of not only this bedroom but of the living room and front door as well. Please do not let undeclared guests into the house.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
