It is a Great Character Apartment a few kilometers from the International Airport.
It is a full floor with an independent entrance directly to the street, the main rooms are large, has 3 large bedrooms, dining room, bathroom, an interior patio for laundry and clothes and another patio in the front.
The apartment was recently renovated and is fully furnished and equipped, the kitchen is well implemented for when you want to cook and we have a Samsung washer dryer and iron and iron if you like to treat your clothes by yourself.
When you arrive from the airport, as it is Floor Zero, you will not have to raise suitcases, avoiding the risk that is spoiled in the rise.

Our house has a strategic location for tourists, students or researchers, in a quiet neighborhood, very safe and surrounded by parks and gardens.
We are only 10 minutes by car from the International Airport and 15 minutes from the historical center of Lima.
The bus stop is only 3 minutes walk from the house and there are multiple bus lines at that stop.

House Rules
• Keep lights off like electrical appliances when they are not in use, as well as avoid wasting water when it is not needed.
• Maintain the good condition of the room (walls, furniture, floor, etc).
• Maintain a good deal with the inhabitants of the home.
• Worry that when leaving the places of common use they will be clean and tidy. (TV room, outside patio, bathroom).
• Everyone has their own personal hygiene and cleaning supplies.
• Wash and dry your own services.
• Respect the sleep and work of each one, therefore the noise that you make should not affect them.
• When leaving the house, make sure that the areas of responsibility are well closed.
• Do not take anything from others without having asked before.
• It is not allowed to smoke.
• It is forbidden to retain any type of instrument or element harmful to health. (Drugs, or overdoing alcohol).

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
