Our House is just 6 km from Jorge Chavez Lima and only 300 meters from the center of the neighborhood "Palms" in the district of Los Olivos. In Addition, the property is only 0.5 km from a supermarket, and there are even some grocery stores Within walking distance.

About the Area
Our house is located on the suburb "palm" at Los Olivos at North of Lima. "CONO NORTE".
We are 11.50 km from the city center only 15 minutes drive from the Jorge Chavez International Airport Lima.
The bus stop is only 5 minutes walk from the house (100m) and there are a lot of options using esta bus stop.
Supermaket Shopping Center Megaplaza & PlazaVea is only 5 minutes by car.
Suburb Palms is full of restaurants, clinics, banks, money exchange offices, small markets, pharmacies, schools and some universities, etc.
Accesing the Lima Centre is simple as the Metropolitan Bus Service Which has to stop at Avenue Carlos Izaguirre (bus stop 37) Which just take about 20 minutes to Central Station (20) from where you can visit Lima Center by walking.

House Rules
Feels free to use the kitchen but Please clean up after! Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite friend over it just Agree with me in advance. Keep noise to a minimun after midnight please. Please Not smoking inside the apartment, We have an upstairs terrace for smokers, however we, appreciate not leave cigarette butts on the ground. Do not use candles or fire of any kind. Pets are not allowed inside the apartment. Apply the basic rules of courtesy.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
