Hi! My name is Jona and I would be glad to share my 2 empty rooms in my house. I have an 11 year old son who lives with me. We have 1 friendly & playful dachshund dog who is very good security in my home. I have a kitchen that can be shared but please be wary of cleanliness in my house since I am also a busy person who has a lot of work to do and may not be able to attend all chores. My home has a very safe security that you don't have to worry about. Transportation is very accessible going back and forth to the city and the airport. Kindly read the description below:

The Space
My Place is a two storey modern house. This is a shared home with private rooms.
Private Room (good for 2 person only)
1 Queen Size Bed + Shared Hot&Cold Shower from downstairs.
The Private Room is situated on the lower floor of my house. This room can accommodate 2 adults. It is fully air conditioned room. Equipped with hot and cold shower, no TV and cable connection, it has free wi-fi throughout the house.
Shared use of living room with 36" tv with DVD, in-house movies, dining room , kitchen. (Sorry no cable TV connection yet as of this time.
Wifi connection is readily available for FREE, as well as telephone for local calls only. International calls are not allowed.
Check –In Time 2:00 pm ~ Check-Out Time @ 12:00 noon
A security deposit is needed for damages that may occur during your stay. If no damage has been done, 100% will be refunded in cash upon check out.
Guest Access
Guest enters and exit on the main entrance of the house. But rooms will be secure with key locks. For damage items, a fee will be deducted on the security deposit.
If some cases the guest needs anything, guest can always call me anytime, I am readily available to help them as much as I can for them to enjoy their stay.
The Neighborhood
Maryville Subdivision is a 7-hectare fully developed residential place. It is located at Sitio Tigbao, Talamban, Cebu City. The main access is thru Talamban, Cebu City. Another gate is located at the side of North General Hospital along Barangay San Jose. There are guardhouses in both the main entrance and the back gate.
Subdivision features amenities such as clubhouse, tennis courts, parks and picnic spaces, and playgrounds. Highly secured, the subdivision prides itself on its centralized water system with three deep wells and two water tanks.
The subdivision is manned by Blue Guards Round the Clock (24 hours) and is fully fenced.

Very convenient for public transportation, you just call the guard house for a cab. Parking is free inside the garage port.

Other Things to Note
OPTIONAL SERVICES :
My kitchen has everything for my own use, just in case you want to cook your own food or stuff some food on my fridge, there will be small fee for the cooking gas or other edible you might need in the kitchen. However, stuffing some food on my fridge is free of charge as long as there is still enough space.
Mineral Drinking Water is free of charge.
Cleaning charge P150 (US$3.50) – this is only optional just in case the place is too untidy.

About the Area
The house is about 20 minutes from the airport. 15 minutes to the city proper. Transportation is not a problem. The house is also near all neccessary things you need such as groceries, laundry shops, restaurants, churches, hospitals, schools, gym, pool, etc. One of the safest and quiet neighborhood around the area.

House Rules
1.Please handle all appliances, furniture and other items in the unit with utmost care.
2.Maintain cleanliness in your room as well as the bathroom in favor for the next user.
3.Leave your outdoor shoes outside. Indoor slippers are provided for free.

5. Turn off A/C, all lights and appliances when not in use.
6.Please look after your belongings while staying at the unit. Please keep your valuable items safe and secured. The host is not liable for any losses and damages on items.
7.Please safeguard the room keys. Lost keys will be charge P1,500 (US$35)
8.Use of prohibitive drugs is definitely a NO NO. No guns or any deadly weapons allowed.

Your host is a non-smoker.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
