About the Homestay

It is a two-storey white-painted farmhouse with three bedrooms, one master bath, one common bath, mini-library, and large porch with a wooden porch swing on the first floor; and two bedrooms and two baths on the second floor; plus an attic. It's like a living monument on top of the hill. The warmth, peace, and joy of the family is felt like the air you breath as you walk around the big forested property populated by decades-old acacia trees and rivers of grass.

About the Area
Our house is located along the National Highway to Baler, Aurora. It's an hour and a half drive to Baler; an hour drive to Cabanatuan City and/or Science City of Muñoz for colleges and universities and city life; a four-hour drive to Manila by private car and five-hour travel by bus or any public transport; an hour or two drive to Baler, the surfing capital of the North. You don't need to go to the Bus Station. You just go down from our house to our family restaurant and in five seconds you're already waiting for the bus in front of our shop.
Our town is hailed as the most peaceful and safest town in the area. We have our local attractions too: the Mt. Kaanducian for hiking and climbing; a local Hot Spring; the best spot for biking overlooking the once-longest dam in Asia, the Pantabangan Dam, where on early mornings and late afternoons you may enjoy kayaking; and/or jetskiing under the sun. And after a long day, you may go back to the peace and quiet of our house on a hill, have a light collation or a nightcap at our Hillocks Coffeeshop, and enjoy the night of sound sleep.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
