About the Area
The property is a 2-minute walk from Serra do Louro, a protected area of the Arrábida Natural Park, where it is possible to go hiking. It is also close to beaches, in Setúbal, and sports centers such as surfing, mountain biking, karting, horse riding, fishing, diving, tennis and golf. In the region there are also three castles that can be visited, it is an area rich in the production of wine and liqueurs (you can visit several cellars), bread and cheese.
Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

2.3 For your safety and that of others, respecting the rules of the authorities, it is not allowed to:
- Visit from external persons in addition to the number on the booking form and receipt.
- Any type of event.
*During your stay, disinfections of the outer space may take place (at the beginning or end of the day). In that period of time, let our team finish this process before returning to those areas.
3. Smoking is only allowed outside
4. Pets:
4.1 Your pet can circulate in the living room, kitchen and bathroom; the other areas inside the house are not allowed.
4.2 Your pet is away from home, please be careful about the number of hours you leave your pet home alone.
4.3 Please do not allow your pet to climb on any decoration element, table, etc.
4.4 If there are decorative, furniture or structural elements of the house destroyed/damaged and it was your pet, their renovation will be attributed to the guest/guardian.
4.5 We advise you to bring your pet's bed or blanket, for your pet's comfort.
4.6 If you need professional help for the same, there are veterinary clinics in the area.
5. No parties or events are allowed on the property.
6. Check-out time is until 11 am.
7. In the event that damage is caused to the property, a security deposit may be applied to cover the extra expense caused.
8. In case of non-compliance with the rules of the house, the owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
