Our apartment is located 30km from Lisbon, in Vila Franca de Xira, a pleasant place with all the infrastructure, where you can discover and walk along the banks of the Tagus River. Close to train station, banks, pharmacy, swimming pools, supermarkets. Vila Franca de Xira is 30 minutes from Lisbon. Simple but cozy apartment. composed of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom. I therefore offer one of the rooms with a single bed and an auxiliary bed.

About the Area
Our house is located in a quiet area, close to the train station, with an excellent structure, Mc D'onalds, pizzeria, swimming pool, camping, pharmacy, restaurants and the best 30 minutes from Lisbon, 1 (one) hour from the Sanctuary from Fátima, 2.32 (two hours and thirty-two minutes) to the city of Porto.

Foi realmente uma casa de família muito agradável, boa e agradável no Maria's Sweet Home. Gostei da verdadeira cultura portuguesa, tradição daqui. Costumávamos nos comunicar em inglês e português. A língua não é a barreira onde existe uma mãe carinhosa que cuida do Filho, Hóspede, Pessoa que fica no lar. Maria conhece muito bem Vila Franca de Xira e todos os locais envolventes. Adorei ela dirigir, ela dirige o carro com muito zelo, paixão e segurança. Ela realmente cozinha comida muito boa. O prato de Abacaxi Grelhado estava realmente gostoso, de dar água na boca e ainda assim eu adoraria comer o prato de Abacaxi Grelhado. Tenho uma nova família aqui e novos amigos. Tive a oportunidade de fazer amizade com o Thiago também. Maria é uma jóia de pessoa. E, claro, obrigado ao Thiago por suas habilidades multilíngues e inglês. Thiago é um bom Empreendedor e um bom Ser Humano. Obrigado a Maria e Thiago pela companhia adorável e estadia segura e agradável com Harmonia e Paz....!!

Maria is lovely, very friendly and easy to talk to. The apartment is calm and quiet, it is easy to relax in. The area too is very calm, no noise at all. Plenty of parking nearby, and just 10 minutes from the train station, where Lisbon can be reached in 25 minutes. Vila Franca de Xira is a good size, with plenty of bars and restaurants, that will suit all people. There is a market, most of the banks that you could want, and a good selection of shops. It is on the river, and has a small marina next to a nice park with a quiosque that serves snacks and drinks. I recommend Maria's apartment
Maria é muito simpática e fácil de conversar. O apartamento é calmo e sossegado, é fácil de relaxar la. As ruas perto do apartamento também é muito calma, sem qualquer barulho, e com muito estacionamento perto. Também o apartamento e apenas a 10 minutos da estação de comboios, donde Lisboa e so 25 minutos. Vila Franca de Xira tem muitos bares e restaurantes, um mercado, a maioria dos bancos que se pode querer, e uma boa selecção de lojas. Fica no rio, e tem uma pequena marina junto a um belo parque com um quiosque que serve petiscos e bebidas. Recomendo o apartamento de Maria
How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
