Welcome to our home!
This BUDGET-FRIENDLY guest bedroom and private bathroom is a quick drive from everything St Kitts has to offer.

The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and surrounded by a lovely garden: there are monkeys almost every morning :)

You will be staying in a private bedroom, with its own bathroom (small shower, sink and toilet) and separate entry door for your privacy and convenience.

Spacious wardrobe with hangers.
Toiletries provided: bed linen, pillows, bath towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper.
We can provide an iron board and iron for free if needed.

About the Area
The house is located on the top of a hill, surrounded by a garden, and has a fantastic view of the Caribbean Sea and Basseterre.
Although close to the main road, this is a residential neighborhood and it's recommended you have a vehicle to get around the island, as the road is rather steep. Guests with cars have their own covered parking, right by the bedroom entry.
If you are here for a short stay, taxis are the most convenient travel options and we will be happy to call one for you.
Supermarkets, pharmacy, local restaurants and bars are 5 minutes drive from the house and Basseterre and the airport are about 7 minutes away.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
We aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be. We would truly appreciate it if you could follow these house rules. Thank you in advance and we truly appreciate your cooperation!
*Check-in*
Normal check-in time starts at 13:00, but every effort will be made to accommodate earlier or later check-ins (if arranged in advance).
*Check-out*
Check-out time is 10:00. Please tell us in advance if you need us to store your luggage for a few hours and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request.
*Room key*
The key will be handed over to you when you arrive at the house.
Make sure that you keep the bedroom door close at all times when you are absent.
Let us know what time you will check out, we will either be there to receive the key or provide other arrangements.
If you lose your key or damage your lock during your stay, you are to pay immediately for their replacement.
*Meals (optional, additional fee applies)*
Breakfast is served on the veranda between 7:00 and 11:00. Enjoy the fresh air and look out for the birds and the monkeys!
Diner and meals to go for hikers are also available, please contact us for more information.
*Smoking*
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house.
Smoking is permitted outside; please use the ashtrays placed by your room entry and the veranda.
*Guest room*
This room is intended for Airbnb registered guests ONLY. No parties or events are allowed on the premises.
Make sure to turn off the lights, the fan and the AC every time you leave the room.
*Bathroom*
No cigarette butts, cotton buds, tampons, sanitary pads or any other material, other than toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet.
Do not take the towels to the beach.
*NOTE*
You will be charged for missing or damaged items (keys, towels, etc.)

Smoking Rules
Your host smokes.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
