Located in the vibey and well-renowned area of Blouberg, our place caters for all travelers, be it the kite surfer or the cultural traveler.
Our accommodation has a selection of self catering units with private bedrooms. Choose en-suite or shared bathrooms (The Cottage). Relax by the pool, pergola or fire den with friends or travelers.
We have a combination of self contained private rooms (private entrance and space, own TV, Kitchenette, en suite bathroom) or take a bed in The Cottage house which contains 4 beds, patio overlooking pool.
Free Wi-Fi at the lodge which is a beautiful beach styled chilled environment.
Convenience is a plus with a Italian restaurant and supply shoppe. Walk a bit further around the block and you arrive at the popular Bayside Mall.
You are 1.6km from the beach and nearby social programs for SANCOB penguin rescue or TLC.
Tourist attractions in the surrounding area to be visited include Robben Island(boat trip), Durbanville Hills wine estates (20 mins), Table Mountain (35 mins) or Langebaan lagoon (1hr)
Guests have access to an outdoor pergola, braai (BBQ) facilities, and a beach styled swimming pool to cool down in the summer months.

We are in the North side of Cape Town nearby the beaches of Bloubergstrand, Sunset and Dolphin Beach.
We are 4 minutes away from the beach where in the summer months it becomes a windsurfing and kitesurfing mecca.
Catch the MyCiti bus around town.
Walk around the corner to the Bayside Mall for your shopping.

House Rules
This is a quiet lodge type environment. We welcome volunteers, backpackers and long stay visitors from overseas wishing to base here and travel or do social work.
Each little unit is correctly setup for you to cook and if you don't feel like making your own meal there is a restaurant within 200 meters and a shopping mall also within walking distance.

Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
