We are looking for a language exchange or a student. Room, with communal pool. And outdoor bathroom for private use.In a location near the sea and the mountains. The house has a garden of 270 square meters. We are a family loving animals, children, sport, healthy living and respect for the environment.We can organize excursions, hiking trails, night out or facilitate transportation, too With extra charge. Unless it catches us on the way to us, then, it will be free of charge. If we go somewhere and want to take advantage of coming with us, we do not charge anything. We have a 13 year old boy and another 3 years old.We also have a dog, an Andalusian winemaker. We speak English, French, Spanish and Valencian. We are host family, so we usually have children exchange, who comes to learn Spanish.
We like to attend people well.We have near health center, public transport, pharmacy, restaurants and all kinds if shops.The house has 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, kitchen and terraces and a large garden.Community swimming pool, with green areas, playground for children and garage.We can also do laundry without charge.5 km from Benidorm. Close to amusement parks. Wonderful beaches around us.

We are on the outskirts of La Nucia, in a very quiet area. Near Terra Mitica, Terra Natura Benidorm and other parks. Nearby Altea and Alfaz del Pi. The bus stop is a 10 minute walk.

House Rules
Do not make noise during the hours of rest, respect other people in the house and not break anything intentionally, helping the furnishings and facilities of the house. Warn when out at night, so that we are outstanding when it becomes. No smoking indoors

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
