Our place is a modernised community farmhouse set in the picturesque Almanzora valley, sitting atop the small village of La Cinta, ARBOLEAS. With stunning views of the foothills of the Sierra Filabres. Andalucia.
We have been providing B&B accommodation in the tranquil village of La Cinta, Arboleas since 2001.
Ideally situated either for property hunting or holidays, we are a few mins from Arboleas village, 10 mins from Albox and 40 mins from the coastal resorts on San Juan de Los Terreros, Vera, Garrucha & Mojacar and 1 hour from the Cabo de Gata.
We have 2 double rooms with a shared guest bathroom. There is also a large guest living/dining area.
Our family run guesthouse has built a good reputation for our friendliness, knowledge and helpfulness.
Our Guests have full use of Tea/Coffee facilities, use of the kitchen (limited) and bbq, and there is a guest fridge for your convenience.
Breakfast is provided on a self service basis.
You can relax in our enclosed courtyard or patio/pool area.
Front terrace & garden under renovation.
Roof terrace with covered Moraccan style seating and open area with sun loungers open in September 2022.
The bedrooms have fans in the summer and heaters in the winter.
The guest lounge also has a wood-burning stove, TV & Firestick with Access to hundreds of channels including Netflix and Amazon.
Free WIFI Internet access in all areas.

About the Area
We are located in a small quiet hamlet called La Cinta. There is no public transport so car hire is essential. The beautiful beaches of San Juan de Los Terreros, Garrucha and Mojacar are 40 mins away. The National park of Cabo de Gata is 1 hr away. Perfectly situated for exploring many beautiful areas of rural Spain.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
You have limited use of the kitchen, no cooking allowed, only cold food preparation. Guest fridge provided. Tea and coffee provided.
No glass in the pool area.
Smoking only allowed outside.
Guest towels are not allowed for the pool or beach but we can provide them.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
