This beautiful stone farm cottage is very special set in a unique peaceful location in surroundings of breathtaking natural beauty yet just 3 kms from the picturesque “white” village of Casares and a short drive to the beaches and towns of the Mediterranean coast.
The cottage is in a glorious 12-acre farm eco- estate with lush forests of cork oak ,scented pines and chestnuts, wild flower meadows, delightful gardens and a lovely private swimming pool where you may laze on sunny afternoons enjoying pristine blue skies with eagles gliding overhead.
Casa Luc is a recently - restored farm cottage incorporating many features such as a lovely stained glass window and a beamed ceiling. Designed as a stylish retreat for couples or singles in search of peaceful surroundings, it has a king-size double bed and comfortable furnishings in the spacious open plan living/sleeping suite. A wooden panelled door to the right leads to a vibrant bathroom with hand – painted Andalucian tiles .
On the left side there is a well - equipped compact kitchen. The private patio is bordered with flowers ,
equipped with garden furniture and has stunning mountain views. The cottage has a flat screen TV and of course internet/wifi ,a music centre, and basic equipment such as iron, ironing board and a barbecue . Washing machine in outside utility room.
There are great walks straight out the front gate into the Natural Park where you may glimpse a deer or an ibex and so many varieties of birds it's impossible to list them all.
The scenery is truly spectacular with sea views to Gibraltar and Morocco from parts of the estate.
And while this enchanting mountain retreat offers peace and tranquillity in surroundings of great natural beauty, lively coastal towns such as Estepona and Marbella are just a short drive away.
The cottage really offers the best of both worlds.
The beautiful 'white village' of Casares , just a 3km drive away down a mountain track has many restaurants and shops. The legendary towns of Ronda, Granada and Seville can all be reached as a day trip, by scenic train if you wish.
Casares is also ideally - situated as the starting point for exploring the other picturesque 'white villages' of the Serrania de Ronda and its breathtaking landscapes.
Beaches and golf courses are a 25-minute drive as are the supermarkets of Sabinillas.

The cottage is set in a spectacularly beautiful Natural Park. 3 kms from the white village of Casares and 18 kms from the beaches of the Costa del Sol. Costal towns such as Estepona and Marbella are a short drive away.
There are amazing walks all around . Great for bird watching and wildlife. Cycling.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
