Welcome to our chilled out residence we are an English family who reside here in Alicante Elda Costa Blanca Spain.
I have a real passion for cooking love Mexican Indian and Italian recipes as well as my Music Production I have a small studio which i enjoy mixing house music disco and soulful beats my time here in Alicante is now spent project managing our festival site that my wife plans to open in 2022-2023 as we have a fabulous site in the mountains.
My wife Jo was head of PR for a very well known private members club in Central London and we have our son Nate who is in training as a you-tuber thats his passion and he Speaks Spanish.
We want our guests to just feel comfortable and be rest assured anything and everything you require is on the doorstep we are here to help and we strive to make your stay with us the best experience within our calming space .

Our Apartment is located on the north side of the city in a quiet and safe suburb we are less than 1 km from the city centre and only 20 minutes drive from Alicante international Airport.
The bus stop is only 1 minute walk from the apartment and there are lots of options using this stop
The train station is 15 minutes walk that connects for all over Spain and the rest of Europe.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
