Space rental rooms in a duplex, in a rural setting, located in the town of Etxalar (Navarra), Baztan Valley, just 15 minutes from Irun (Gipuzkoa) and 30 minutes from San Sebastian. We offer stay including breakfast. Besides the rooms guests can enjoy the common areas of the house such as living room, kitchen, bathroom and two gardens. Also provided with Internet access via WIFI. With regard to the rooms that we offer our guests, then is a brief description of them: This room is located on the first floor, offers a more youthful. Decorated in red and gray is probably one of the brightest of the house. It has a nest (a second folding bed) bed that provides the ability to accommodate one or two people without difficulty and maximum space saving.The spacious desk that has this room allows our guests to use comfortably in any laptop with traveling, and can also connect to the Internet either WIFI or network cable. Within the common rooms of the house, they may make use of television located in the lounge with IMAGENIO cable television service featuring movistar. The kitchen with breakfast bar that connects directly to the living room, is equipped with hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, plus various cooking utensils so guests can cook whatever you need. They can also make use of shared to save your food and drinks fridge. On the other hand, we also find at your disposal both bathrooms consisting of our house, one on each floor.That you were on the top floor, the largest in both coastal basin, toilet and a large tub where guests can take a relaxing bath. The smallest, is situated on the first floor. Despite its small size, it is fully equipped with sink and toilet, besides a comfortable shower armed with a 8 hydromassage jets of pressurized water shower make an incomparable pleasure. Last but not least, our guests can enjoy the tranquility in this idyllic village resting, taking the sun or enjoy a dinner and later evening under starlight, and a pleasure to depose one of the spaces emblematic of the house, our backyard. Part of wooden lawn with vines and roses around the gate, this garden offers pleasant and intimate place to relax and sit quietly chatting or sunbathing.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
