Somos una pareja joven, deportista, amigable y alegre. Vivimos en Gijón, es una ciudad preciosa y grande con muchas cosas para hacer, situada al norte de España. El piso es acogedor y soleado a sólo 7 minutos caminando del centro de la ciudad y de la playa.
Nos gustaría acoger a un huésped de habla inglesa para hacer un intercambio cultural. Estancia entre 1 y 3 meses. Será uno más de la familia, le ayudaríamos en todo lo que necesite.
Tenemos buen nivel de inglés.

We are a young, sporty, friendly and cheerful couple. We live in Gijón, is a beautiful and large city with many things to do, located in the north of Spain. The apartment is lovely and sunny only 7 minutes walking from the city center and the beach.
We would like to host an English speaker guest to make a cultural exchange. Long stay between 1 and 3 months. You will be part of the family and we would help you in everything you need.
We have good English level.

About the Area
Gijón is a very nice and big city. Our apartment is near the city centre, only 7 minutes walking. We have 2 lovely beaches in the city only 2 km far from the house. There are bus and train station very close - 5 min on foot. In the city you have all the facilities. The neighbourhood is quiet and with large green areas.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
