Apartment in front of the medical school.
Strategically located for students, tourists and people who want to move freely to any place.
I hope you feel my house as yours. I offer you an apartment on the 10th floor, the elevator goes to the 9th (that's the only thing we found against it)
It is very light and airy. It has a living room, dining room with built-in kitchen. With new appliances.
One bedroom with a double bed with an en-suite bathroom and a shower.
Except for the bathroom, it is all exterior, light all day.
It's my cozy little place in the world.
Around you have all kinds of shops, shops, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, clothes, laundries and others
3sta very well connected by bike lane, buses, suites and taking a walk you can reach the Recoleta cemetery, the Obelisk and a little more to Puerto Madero in 10 minutes.
It is a place very well cared for by the police and you can walk quietly at any time.
We have an autonomous entrance, a paid garage 20 meters away and a trusted Uber to move you whenever you want.
Additional Info
There is room for 100 mt. to park the car without paying. We have good public transport to the beaches and other cities and towns.

We are next to the Renfe train station, in the center of Irún
Restaurants, supermarkets, parks, buses, trains, San Sebastian airport, France and Hondarribia are the places you have minutes from the house.
You can park in the surroundings paying OTA, to park for free at 500 meters.
Euskotren station 100 meters.
The Irún bus terminal 50 meters away.
We recommend moving on public transport.

Sandra is a great host, very reliable person, open minded and very gentle. You'll feel like home at her flat, very good situation near Irun train station, close to market, bakery, shops, everything you need. But Sandra will explain you better than me, she is also a good guide for your stay at Irun.

I stayed there with my 2 kids and they had a great time playing with Sandra's son and going to the nearby playground. Sandra was very helpful whenever I needed information about the area. The room was fine for our needs and it was good to have our own bathroom. The location is convenient for visiting Hondarribía which is very beautiful, Hendaye and San Sebastian.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
