Magnificent house in the Natural Park of Montes de Málaga, part of an old farmhouse over 200 years old, completely renovated without losing its charm, rustic style with wooden ceilings and floors of stone and mud. The farm has 10,000 meters of land, it will find almond, olive and various fruit trees and of course our ecological garden. Ideal for people who want to make hiking (trekking) and mountain bike and is just 30 minutes from the city of Malaga, offering a wide range of culture and leisure services. But if you want to rest and relax here to find peace and tranquility you need.The house consists of 3 large double bedrooms and a cottage located outside the house but inside the property, 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with shower and Jacuzzi (both shared), 2 lounges with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and pool, plus several terraces where you can relax, sunbathe, read a good book or just relax with wonderful views. The rooms are spacious and cozy with extra bed available, contact us and we'll help. We have satellite TV and wireless internet and fixed telephone, mobile coverage is poor. We are very well connected because of the proximity to the A-45 which links to the most important cities of Andalusia: Granada, Cordoba, Seville and only 40 minutes from the airport and beaches.At about 13 km the nearest town, Casabermeja is located, is a typical Andalusian village in'll find banks, pharmacies and grocery stores and bars to tapas and several walking trails. We service lunch and dinner prices range from 6 to 15 euros depending on what you choose, if you are allergic or have food intolerance Communicate and adapt the menu to your liking. About the Area
The house is located at the end of a lane of about 6 km from the highway A-45. But the proximity to the Natural Park Montes de Malaga makes it a very unique place, surrounded by mountains full of pine and almond trees.

House Rules
We are in a National Park so we have to take care of our environment. You must be respectful of the consumption of electricity and water. Due to the high risk of fire we can only fire in designated areas. You can not smoke inside the house, there are several areas outside that you can use to find it where ashtrays. You can make use of the kitchen and the washing machine for a small fee derived from the cost of electricity, gas, water. Bring towel to the pool or beach. We want you to feel at home tell us what you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
