Rural property with 6 places for full rental or bedroom, located in Sierra Mágina (Pegalajar, Jaen) to enjoy the taste of the old in an old farmer's house, restored to offer a different, relaxing, cozy and comfort surrounded experience .
The house, recently restored, is a singular ultimately cozy space reminiscent of ancient times which has respected the old structure, but completely refurbished for this purpose using materials like stone, wood and metal, for maximum comfort and comfort. It has been decorated using antique furniture restored mostly by ourselves. Its thick walls help maintain a constant temperature, although we have technological support, air conditioning and heating in all rooms. In the living room is has a fireplace, sofas, TV, video, Hi-Fi, dining area ... sure that you spend a good desktop, by the fire and good conversation !!
The plants, the mini-garden, overlooking the courtyard fresh air, a place definitely to share good times. The smell of wet earth, vegetation, relax and cool summer nights.
Currently we have three double bedrooms (two with double beds and one with double bed) 2 bathrooms, shared for two bedrooms (green and blue) and another integrated into one (attic) one. The total capacity is designed for six.
The village is 5 minutes walk, there you will find all the essential services: outpatient, pharmacy, church, bus stop, sports center, public swimming pool, supermarkets, shops, etc.
Pegalajar you can visit "The Pond" (reservoir in the village center, which collects the waters of the birth of the Fountain of Reja since time immemorial), the old laundry, church, built over the ancient castle that still retains some its walls and entrance (arc of the Incarnation), the chapel, the gardens ...
In Mágina there are many hiking trails and mountain where you will find magnificent scenery to enjoy nature photography and have peace of mind to rest.
What to do?
• Go hiking, mountain biking (trails leaving from the house), climbing (climbing routes open at 1000 mts.) And paragliding (runway "Seven Pilillas" at 1200 mts.)
Do not forget your camera, you'll take as souvenirs stunning scenery!
• Enjoy "tapas", traditional cuisine and drinks in bars, restaurants and pubs of Pegalajar.
• Visit the village mills (oil mills) to buy first hand without intermediaries our pure olive oil "extra virgin" and see their manufacturing process.

Situated in Sierra Mágina (Pegalajar), Bed offers a spectacular environment for People Who want to enjoy a relaxing country getaway, or hike some easy-to-challenging trails Among the olive, almond and pine trees in the surrounding mountains. This 300-year-old former farmer house has-been perfectly restored With modern fittings and all the necessities to Provide maximum comfort for the guests.  It accommodates six people in three tastefully decorated bedrooms.
The house, a former home for farmers, recently renovated to make an Ultimately cozy space reminiscent of ancient times. Have we respected the old structure, but completely refurbished for th purpose using materials like stone, wood and metal, while trying to Attain the maximum comfort. We Also decorated the house with antique furniture retouched Which Were mostly by ourselves. In the living room there are fireplace, sofas, TV, CD & DVD players, dining area ... That sure you will spend a good time with good conversation by the fireplace or the patio outside !!
The patio is surrounded by plants and vegetables and is flowed with fresh air. The lovely scent of wet soil and vegetation bring acerca very relaxing and cool summer nights.
Currently We have three double bedrooms (two with 2 single beds and One with one double bed), 2 bathrooms, one shared by two bedrooms (Green and Blue) and another integrated into one Attic (Loft). The full capacity is designed for six guests With coziness and ease.
The village is just five-minute-walk away, there you will find all the essential services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, church, hospital, pharmacy, bus stop, sports center and public swimming pool, etc.

The house (VTAR / JA / 00629) is located on the outskirts of Pegalajar (Jaén), in the area called "French Garden (Garden of French)" at the foot of nature park "Sierra Mágina".
To get there take exit 50 of the A-44 (Bailen-Granada), the house is just 5 km by the road. Also you can reach the village by the A-316. From Mancha Real, you can arrive by the road JA 3241.
Without a car you can take the bus Also from Jaen to Pegajalar, the bus runs daily in several schedules (except weekends and holidays). You can reach by train or bus Jaen. The nearest airport is 80 km away (Granada).
