About the Area
My house is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood called Nervión. We are only 15 minutes from the center walking and 15 minutes by car from the airport and next to the main universities and train station. The bus stop and the metro stop are only 2 minutes walk from the house. The area is full of trendy cafes, bars and restaurants and there are also three shopping centers.

La soluzione perfetta se quello che cercate è sentirvi parte di una vera famiglia spagnola. Elena è sempre disponibile ad aiutare e a consigliare in ogni situazione. In particolare è stata molto attenta e presente quando, durante la mia permanenza, ho avuto problemi di salute.. La sua casa è molto accogliente e situata in una posizione molto comoda, a 10 minuti dalla fermata della metro di Gran Plaza e a meno di 5 minuti dalle fermate degli autobus. Il quartiere è sicuro e ricco di negozi di ogni genere per soddisfare ogni necessità.
This is the perfect solution for those who want to feel like they belong to a genuine Spanish family. Elena will always be there to help in any situation. In particular, she was very present when I had health problems during my stay.
His house is very cozy, confortable and very well located , it's only 10 minutes away from Gran Plaza metro station and less than 5 minutes away from bus stops. Elena siempre está lista para ayudar en todo momento. Ella fue especialmente atenta y presente cuando, durante mi estancia, tuve problemas de salud. Su casa es muy acogedora y está ubicada en un lugar muy conveniente, a 10 minutos de la parada de metro Gran Plaza y a menos de 5 minutos de las paradas de autobús. El barrio está lleno de toda clase de tiendas que satisfacen todas las necesidades.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
