Homestay Valladolid is our house located between the vallsur shopping center and the CDO Covaersa sports center, and we offer different types of rooms. It is a 600 m2 penthouse with different rooms fully equipped with underfloor heating, refrigerated floors in summer, 600 megabytes internet, with terraces, swimming pool, paddle court, common areas, living room, dining room, games area with billiards in one of the best Valladolid areas. Next to the Zorrilla promenade, Vallsur shopping center with Carrefour supermarket, shops, cinemas, restaurants.... Next to the CDO Covaresa sports center with all kinds of activities, swimming pools, spa, ice skating rink.
The room has a 90-meter bed and a trundle bed underneath, a study table and armchair, an area to hang clothes, shelves, television, cable internet and 600-megabyte Movistar Wi-Fi. Shared bathroom with the room next door. Radiant heating 24 hours a day. Right to kitchen with numbered cabinets for each room with everything you need to cook and eat. Combi fridge shared with another room. All the common areas, living room, dining room, terraces, swimming pool, paddle tennis court, playground.... You live very well, it is an aparthotel type, we clean the common areas, we take down the garbage... Basic rules of education and I respect . Do not disturb to not be disturbed. You can smoke on the terraces. You park at the door of the building without a problem and without a blue zone.

Homestay Valladolid is in one of the best areas of Valladolid. Vallsur shopping center with supermarket, cinemas, shops, restaurants, Covaresa sports center with spa, swimming pools, all sports activities, Zorrilla promenade with restaurants, terraces, shops... The Covaresa health center is a 3-minute walk away. Bike lane, bus line 1 and 2 under the house. Renault company bus right on the corner for its workers. perfect situation

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
