Our location is nearby Yi-Zhong night market, National Taichung University of Science and Technology and National Taiwan University of Sport, about 20 minutes by walk.
There are 3 bedrooms in total, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and living room.
The facilities in the room includes table, chair, bed, air condition. Note: The electric fee of air condition is not include.
Pinna likes pets, surfing, learning languages, cooking and traveling. She speaks Chinese, English, Taiwanese and basic knowledge of Japanese and Spanish. She has two pets in the flat, one dog and one cat.

About the Area
Our house is located on the north side of the city in a quiet and save area. We are 3 km from the city centre and 2-3 hours from TPE. (Taoyuan International Airport)
The bus stop is only 2 minutes walk from the house which can easily connect with Taichung main train station, but the better way is you have your own transportation like bike, scooter... and so on.

House Rules
Please keep the safety of our home and locked the main door when you enter and leave, keep the main door closed in case of the pets run out. If you want to use the kitchen, do it, but clean it after! Keep noise to a minimum after midnight. please do not invite strangers into our home; if you want to invite a friend, tell me before. Enjoy your stay and take care our house as if it were your own.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
