One large single room. There is a comfortable sing bed, a large desk with cupboard space, and a built-in wardrobe.

One large double room. There is a comfortable double bed, sofa-bed, a desk, breakfast table and chest of drawers, as well as a built-in wardrobe.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the kitchen including use of the oven, toaster, waffle machine, washing machine, plus a decent set of high quality pans and utensils for cooking. There is a brand new large capacity fridge and freezer.

We have a coffee machine which can make espresso, americano and cappuccino at the touch of a button, ground from beans.

There is also a decent selection of teas, including black, green and herbal, plus hot chocolate. There are also some speciality teas that I can make on request.

A small selection of cereals are available.

An iron is available and there is a full-size and mini ironing board.

Interaction with guests

I'll generally be around at home, but occasionally I'll be away travelling, although I'm always contactable when needed.

I'll usually be in my room while I'm home, but I'm happy to talk with guests when they need something.

My flatmate Livio is also around when he isn't working.

There is another guest room, and so there is likely to also be another traveller staying.

The neighbourhood

The neighbourhood is in the quieter area of the city. Hove beach is usually less busy than Brighton beach.

There are a lot of restaurants within 5 minutes of walking

Getting around

Hove station is 15 minutes walk from the apartment, and several bus routes are close by.

Trains to Hove from Gatwick airport take about half an hour.

The is a taxi rank at Hove Station and at Hove town hall, just a couple of blocks from the apartment.

Other things to note

The apartment is on one of the upper levels of the house and there are a few flights of stairs, and no lift, so is unlikely to be suitable for people with mobility issues.
