November 2015
The house is an statement of good taste and simple elegance as well as extremely clean , with stylish items displayed all around and all mods and cons. The house is located in the attractive village of Lexden in the Historic Colchester. The bed linen are soft and cosy, the towels fluffy the fire place warm and the general environment provides and excellent and safe stay for the weary traveller! The house can be reached by walking from the North Station in 25min and 20min from town or alternatively there is a bus stop just outside the house. Bus journeys to town will take about 7min. Claire (the host) is a very considerate person and did her upmost to make my stay comfortable, she offered refreshments all the time, she walked with me all the way to town and also offered me a lift to the station with my suitcase at my departure.
Thank you Claire to allow me to stay your gorgeous and comfortable home, I certainly recommend it to everyone.
Kindest Regards,
Liz
