I live on a main road into the city centre of leeds. Bus stop right outside!
I live here by myself and my little dog Tilley she is a bichon frise so doesn't affect allergies.
There is one double room available, 1 bathroom for the house with a large living room separate dinning room and a kitchen. The kitchen leads to a utility room with washer and dryer. There is a small garden to the rear which is enclosed a nice sun trap for those sunny days in the hot tub!
I would like you to make this your home as much as mine. It's very quiet on a night as i just live off a jewish grave yard!

About the Area
My house is on the west side of the city a 10 minute drive. The bus stop is a 30 sec walk from the front door.
There is a pub a five minute walk away and a convenience store 10 minute walk.
The area is a very quiet and small village.
There is a shopping centre just 15 minutes away in a bus. The shopping centre is called the whiterose centre.

House Rules
I will include an evening meal within the price of the room as long as im not working at night.
Please make sure the dog is in the living room before opening the front door. Do not close the living room door Tilley will just watch you leave.
Just clean up after yourself and be respectful.

Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
