Located 5.6 miles from alexandra Palace, Affordable supervalue, relaxed rooms in a house. The home boasts a unique charm, its a newly refurbished house with two toilets, new kitchen and furniture. Its nicely located, far from road noise and train noise, located in greater London, with good transport link, two minutes walk to the bus stop, 8 minutes walk to the station and less than 30 minutes on the train to central London. Easy access to fast takeway foods, Restaurants, Museums, Parks and Mall. The major offices & factories near by are: North Middlesex hospital, Tottenham spurs, Aviva, Coca-cola, sofa brands, Hudsons bay co, Elley industrial estate. The house has 3 big double rooms and one single room. there is a toilet/bath on the first floor and another toilet downstairs. Big lovely garden at the back, with the benefit of fast internet and free street parking. The house is suitable for Students on internship, Professional workers, rent a weekday professionals(workers who live in outside london, but work in london during the week and go back weekends), workers looking for a temporary place to stay while in search of their own permanent place, Tourists. But not suitable for unemployed, research students, remote workers, as they spend a large proportion of the time at home, and this places a lot of strain on our utility, we have factored all this into our rates and have made our prices low and yet provide good quality stay for all our guests

About the Area
London is a multicultural, contemporary and bustling city. People of of all works of life live in London. You will expect to find different cultures interacting and living in peace with one another in the area. Close to London Overground. London underground at seven sisters and a close by Bus Terminal. Edmonton shopping mall is 5 minutes walk to the house. There are local cafes and restaurants few minutes away from the house. Geography of the area: Tottenham to the south, Palmers Green to the west, Chingford to the east, Ponders end to the North. Nearer to the house is: Middlesex hospital, Alexandra palace, Tottenham spurs, Aviva, gyms, bars pubs and banks . There is a direct train to Liverpool street and Enfield Town. Pymmes Park is 0.5 miles, it is bordered by the north circular road. Other places of interest nearer to the house are: Alexandra palace, Shoreditch Night life, Lee Valley Athletic centre, Lee Valley Regional park, Camden market, hotspur stadium, Jurissic falls adventure gulf, Champneys spas and wellness.

House Rules
The guest are welcome to use the kitchen for light cooking ie the built in equipment, which has the microwave, grill and oven in one. No smoking in the house, please wash your dishes after use, do not leave any unwashed dishes in the sink. Visitors are not allowed. You cannot use the house address for correspondence as its only a short stay. The heating system is in operation in the morning and in the night, Please note it is not for 24 hours

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
