Welcome to my lovely home!
Your large loft room (5.6m x 2.7m) is on the top floor of a beautiful three storey Victorian house on a quiet street.
A king size bed with luxury feather duvet and pillows.
You have your own bathroom (updated in 2020) so the whole of the top floor is for your sole use.
You also have access to the shared kitchen/diner and garden/patio with seating.
A spotlessly clean home that was decorated and new carpets fitted in 2019, with a new landscaped garden in 2023.
Good for business travellers, couples and solo adventurers.
Please note there is an additional £10 per stay cleaning fee.
Stays can be paid for on arrival in cash or by bank transfer / PayPal (guest to pay any fees).

Meals

House Rules
I have carpets that are quite new, so I ask that guests refrain from wearing shoes on them. Please also avoid food and drinks in the room, thank you.
Not suitable for children or infants.
No pets / events / non-paying visitors allowed.
Must climb stairs (top floor loft room).
No parking on property (tiny cul-de-sac) but free parking in the next street.
Check-in flexible (after 1200); check-out 1000.

Immaculate, modern accommodation. Approximately 15 minute walk to the station in a very nice area. Check-in was clear and all information provided. Highly recommended.

Lovely accommodation. Welcoming and friendly host. Clean premises. Good communication. Tea/coffee making facilities.
However, I got very cold during the night and could not find a spare blanket. I thought about waking up the host to ask for one, but it did not seem right to do so.
Overall, I would recommend the accommodation.

I'm really pleased Sharon and her daughter enjoyed their stay, I enjoyed hosting them. There is a blanket in the room, a few feet away from the bed, just in case guests want one (particularly whilst we transition from winter to spring!) - I will point it out to future guests :)
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
