Relax and unwind in a cozy double bedroom with comfortable bed. Large double bedroom with one full bathroom and one separate toilet.
Enjoy the tranquility and safety of Hendon neighbourhood. Just 2-minute walk to the underground station and 10-minute walk to Middlesex University.
The nearest bus stop is just 1 minute away and the flat is surrounded by coffee shops, cafes, and grocery stores (Sainsbury's and Tesco).
You'll be sharing the house with other guests.

About the Area
Our flat is located in a very quiet and calm neighbourhood. There's a bus stop less then 1 minute from the flat (83 bus route) and another bus stop 4 minutes from the flat where there are several other lines. Some of them go to the center of London.
Underground station 2-minute walk from the flat with lines going to main train stations (Euston and King’s Cross St. Pancras) and the city center (Buckingham Palace, Big-Ben, London Eye, Tower Bridge, etc).
Free parking available on the street.

House Rules
SMOKE - Smoking or vaping is not allowed in this property
NOISE - No loud music or talk in the premises
ZERO DAMAGE POLICY - In case of damage to the property or furniture, unfortunately we will have to charge you.
BATHROOM - Please lift the toilet seat when weeing (for men) and clean with bleach and brush after pooping.
Do not leave towels to dry in the bathroom. There are hangers behind the bedroom door.
KITCHEN - After using any dish or cuttlery, they must be washed and dried right away. Nothing must be left unwashed or drying on the sink.
Empty packages must be thrown way in the provided bin (recycling and non recycling).
After using the kitchen, please do not leave your items on the surface.
DOORS - Please close both the bedroom and bathroom door gently. Do not shut it!
Let's be kind to each other and avoid noise.
DO NOT USE ANYTHING FROM THE FRIDGE THAT IS NOT YOURS.

Your host is a non-smoker.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
