The place sits on the edge of the town and is walking distance from everything you might want to see in Derry.
The historical city walls and Bogside area are a five-minute walk away and a number of beautiful parks are dotted around the neighbourhood, which itself is very quiet/ On street parking available.
The entire house is available which itself is a cosy Victorian town house and ideally suits folks needing a home from home.
Available are three triple bedrooms that can sleep up to six. Host delighted to answer any questions and offer support to help you feel comfortable and safe/

About the Area
My house is located 5 minutes from the City centre. It is a quiet residential area with a beautiful Brook park just at the end of the street, The area is safe and neighbours are friendly and helpful.

Bernadette is a warm-hearted, generous and gentle person. Her home is very comfortable and clean, and she treated my daughters very kindly. I couldn't recommend a stay at Bernadette's highly enough.

Le séjour à été annulée par l'hôte pour cause santé. Pas de souci pour nous mais nous avons payé les frais de mise en relation et l hôte aurait dû se mettre en indisponibilitė sur le site homestay.

Bernadette è una donna dolcissima e molto simpatica, insieme al suo cagnolino Mimì!! La sua casa inserita in un ambiente residenziale è molto carina e curata nei particolari, pulita e accogliente!!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
