Host: Male Single bachelor , respectable professional. Owner shares apartment:- furnished to a very high standard, (shared dining/ lounge/ TV / kitchen / bathroom ) Double bed, SINGLE OCCUPANCY , cent. heat. Double fitted wardrobe, 2 side cabinets, large double glazing. Master bath room & separate shower, wash basin, full tiled . Guest parking, views overlooking landscaped trees & gardens. No guests other than occupant. No smoking. All meals taken in dining area.
Assistance with language . Long term guests will be assisted with weekly shopping collection from supermarket . I will endeavour to assist and ensure all your personal specific needs are catered for and supplied, ensuring you have a very happy memorable pleasurable experience staying here. Gay friendly establishment.

The house rules I live by.
No smoking or drugs . no meals in bedroom use dining area. no pets. no guests other than occupant. Bath room , kitchen and all living areas and shared areas to be left very clean after use . No ADDITIONAL HEATERS, central heating . Please treat the apartment with the respect you have for your own home. THANK YOU.
International students have stayed with me for longer periods over the years. I will assist with English, advice on local facilities and assistance with any specific Personal needs/interests .Pick up from airport or station. £15 single journey for pick up or drop back. Washer 1 per week free.

I have spend 14 nights in Ken's beautiful flat which is situated in a very nice area. I was absolutely satisfied.
I had a nice room, very comfortable bed and bathroom.
Ken is a really welcoming and intelligent gentleman.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
