We are a family of three, four of you include our Labrador Buddy! Roy, Becky and scarlett who is 6 years old. We live on site but the annex is completely seperate from us. We bought this old listed farmhouse last year, we fell in love with the peaceful countryside around us but we also wanted to be near a city and be surrounded by villages with a good selection of pubs too! BINGO! We found Churchill green farm with its beautiful views and laid back lifestyle.
We had a double garage that needed renovation and it seemed such a waste not to utilise the space and turn it into its own annex. Designed originally to host friends and family members (which we have done in abundance) we decided that is a beautiful place for couples to come for a long weekend or with a pull out double day bed it could take a family of four.
The annex has its own private entrance, it has high vaulted ceilings which makes it feel spacious yet its also homely. Brand new fitted kitchen, microwave, washing machine, large fridge freezer and electric oven. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed and a daybed in there too which can extend out into a double. So the annex can sleep four. There is a down stairs shower and loo but no bath. There is an outdoor patio area and small grass area to soak up the morning sun.
The area despite being in the country has so much to offer it’s crazy!

About the Area
Our house is located 20 mins south of Bristol, about 10 minutes drive from Bristol airport in a quaint little village called Churchill green.we have a great selection of renowned pubs near us and we are in the mendips an area of natural outstanding beauty. The mendip ski centre is a short walk away as is the mendip spring golf course. We have thatchers cider factory on our doorstep and the strawberry line cycle route. There are local stores to us for food and local supplies, a post office ,fish and chip shop and petrol station. Nearest train station is Yatton, there is a bus stop at the top of the road (10 minutes to walk) which takes you into Weston super mare or Bristol.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
