I'm a professional Airbnb manager who loves hosting in my own home!
My husband and I love traveling (I've been to over 30 countries) and meeting new people. Our lives are such that travel is not as easy as it used to be, so now we're focusing on meeting new people. We love hospitality, and will always do our best to make sure you feel as comfortable as possible in your home away from home. We're also big on exploring our city and playing board games, and will include you in as many of those things as possible. We can't wait to meet you!
(We generally ask for the first 2 weeks of your stay to be paid before arrival. Once you book I'll reach out to you to arrange payment. Let me know if this will create a problem for you.) After arrival, for stays longer than 30 days, you will get a monthly bill through Cozy.co. Feel secure about staying with me because I have been hosting for years (and thousands of guests)!

House Rules
ACCESS TO THE ROOM:
Your room is your own private space and we do our best not to violate that. However, since you’ll be here a while, we’ll have to come in every Thursday to remove the trash. If you’d prefer that we don’t enter, please leave all your trash cans in the hallway outside the bedroom.
Please also know that the only access to the attic area is through your bedroom closet. If a contractor needs to get in there for any reason we’ll have to enter your room. We will give you as much of a head’s up as we can in these situations.
TRASH AND RECYCLING:
The kitchen downstairs has both a trash and recycling bin. Only recycle clean aluminum, paper and cardboard or clean, dry, rigid plastic (i.e. no food wrappers, plastic films, or anything with grease on it). If you can’t fit your recycling items in the kitchen recycling can, please go ahead and take it to the outside recycling can (kept in front of the garage door).
FOOD
You are welcome to keep food in your room, but to avoid bugs please don’t keep any open food containers up there.
Please keep your cold items either in the fridge reserved for you in your room, or in the plastic container with your name on it in the downstairs fridge.
You are welcome to use the kitchen…please just clean up after yourself if you do :)
CLEANING
Please keep your bathroom tidy. We will make sure to clean it for your periodically.
Please keep your room relatively tidy - it doesn’t have to be pristine, but clean enough to avoid attracting bugs.
SUBSTANCE USE:
No illegal or recreational drugs of any kind are allowed anywhere on the premises.
No smoking inside, or within 20 feet of an entrance. If the smoke is still getting inside, we reserve the right to request that you not smoke anywhere on the property.
No underage drinking. Moderate alcohol consumption is acceptable; no drunkenness or binge drinking.
OTHER
PARKING - only 1 car per guest, unless you get verbal or written approval from us
GUESTS - You are welcome to have up to 2 guests over to visit without approval; we just ask that you let us know before they arrive so we can be aware they’re coming. For more than 2 visiting guests, or overnight guests of any number, please ask our permission before having them over.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.

Hello, I enjoyed cooking at Lauren's house, it's a good house, only you need to get adapted quickly to their culture but nothing else was a problem. You need also to pray to find yourself if you are from a different religious belief, thanks

I fell like in my own home, and they really want me to feel that way or I am one of the family members. They are more than welcome and warm family to live with. Almost every activity or trip they are about to do, they let me know about it and give me the opportunity to join them. To not forget about the perfect guidance they offer for all activities or places that any one would need to go or visit. Besides the calm and peaceful mood in the house if you wish to stay in your room all that time and working from it. Let us not forget also about there is more one place to work in, inside the house.

I would like to thank Lauren and Michael for their hospitality, and their willing to help as much as they can. In addition, the house is big, clean and with a good backyard. I won’t hesitate to come again if I am here in Atlanta.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
