Super convenient location 2 minutes off Highway 99. Perfect for Families and Travelers!
Two rooms available. Quiet cul-de-sac with driveway and street parking. Coffee pot, tea maker, and fruit basket available in the mornings. I provide coffee, teas, organic sugar, agave, and creamer. You are welcome to bring your own as well. I will occasionally have fresh muffins available. Sorry, can not cater to nut allergies.

About the Area
Our home is in the Southwest area of Bakersfield. There is a bus stop right outside of the entrance to our neighborhood. There's a shopping center right beside our subdivision with a Starbucks and a few restaurants. I recommend Mandy's Cafe open until 3pm. We are just two lights away from Hwy 99 so it's really easy to get anywhere in Bakersfield really quickly. The Meadows Field Airport is about 20 minutes away. There are quite a few parks nearby and even a public pool that is open daily from 1pm - 4pm with a $1 entry fee.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
I prefer prepayment be made through Paypal or Venmo. If that isn't an option for you please let me know and we can work something out. Cancelations must be made 5 days prior to reservation date to receive a full refund. Refunds will be sent within 24 hours of the cancelation request.
-There is a coffee pot and a Tevana tea maker. I provide coffee, teas, organic sugar, agave, and creamer. You are welcome to use your own coffees or teas as well.
-There is a fruit basket next to the coffee and tea you are welcome to for breakfast. I will occasionally have fresh muffins available as well. Sorry, can not cater to nut allergies so beware.
-Please remove shoes at front door.
-Internet information is posted on the bulletin boards in the room.
-Please put any recyclable waste in the bin under the kitchen sink.
-Hot water gets super hot even though we have it turned way down so be please be careful.
-When using shared spaces please pick up behind yourself(and your guests if they aren't).
-There are only a total of 3 single beds between the two rooms. Please be sure to select the right number of guests. If you bring an extra person(s), I will have to update your reservation to reflect that, even after you check in.
-You are welcome to hang out on the patio.
-If the living room isn't being used you are welcome to watch tv.
-There are board games in the closet right by the front door.
-No tobacco products in the home. Please go outside to use any tobacco products and properly dispose of any tobacco waste.
-There is a shelf in the fridge and one in the freezer for guest use. If you need more space than that, please let me know and I will make room.
-Your shelf in the fridge will have bottles of water for you.
-I can provide meals during the day for an extra charge. If you'd like to join us for any other meals, please let me know when you first book. Thank you!

Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
