We live in the suburbs and are a family of three. Myself, my husband and my child. I am an architect and my husband is an engineer. We both work from home so we are always here should you need anything. We have two available rooms, both have closets, a bed and a desk. You will have access to a separate kitchen and bath. We have a very large backyard that you are welcomed to use and have ample private parking space on our property. We also live near all of the large malls and store outlets. There is free wi-fi as well. We speak both Spanish and English. Our family loves to go the beach and the parks around our house. We do a lot of activities outside of the home as well as inside of the home.

About the Area
Our house is located in West Islip and we are about a 5 minute ride from Main Street where there are plenty of restaurants and are about the same distance from the Bay Shore Marina where there is a small town water park and a beach. We are also roughly 12 miles from The Walt Whitman mall, 15 or so miles from the Smith Haven mall, 23 miles from the Roosevelt Field mall, there is boating, trails and much more in the state parks, that are all less than 15 miles from our home. There are many museums nearby as well. Manhattan is only a one hour train ride on the LIRR which is about 1 mile from our house. The bus to the train station is right in front of our house so getting there is not a problem. There are many gyms nearby as well ( 24 Hour Fitness, NYSC, Retro Fitness and more)

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
