My name is Michaelle, and my pet-free home is a short 6 mile drive away from the nearest beautiful and white sandy beach, including lots of stores for shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, churches and nature parks! My home is also only 5 miles to the nearest train station where you can easily ride to downtown West Palm Beach, downtown Miami or even the Miami International Airport. Experience the fun, sun and beautiful Florida lifestyle in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located inside a guard-gated community. Community includes a resort-style pool, gym, tennis courts, basketball court and shuffle board. I live in my home and am renting the spare bedroom with its detached full bathroom on a short-term basis to an adult, non-smoking female, preferably someone who is interested in an foreign exchange program. Home amenities include washer, dryer, internet, cable, water, electricity and appliances. A great opportunity and location to study abroad on a short-term basis. Welcome home!

About the Area
My home is located in a quiet suburb and only a 30-minute drive from the West Palm Beach International airport with multiple bus stops that are within walking distance. You can take a short uber ride to the beach, shops, restaurants, nature parks, movie theaters and more! Plus the train station is only 5 miles away where you can easily and inexpensively ride to West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Miami.

House Rules
Please keep home secure and safe by keeping windows closed and locking all doors when entering and leaving the home.
Please do not adjust the A/C - and do not use the heater. Keep noise and volume down to a minimum at all times and please do not invite strangers over as they are not allowed in the home.
My home is always clean therefore you must clean up after yourself, do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. No pets, no drugs and no smoking.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
