My wife and I live in a two-story residential home here in beautiful Camarillo, California. We live in a spacious 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom house with a backyard and attached garage. We have 1.5 year old beagle named Gracie, who remains outdoors unless she is with us.
We are close to shopping centers, malls, schools, colleges, and parks. Our home is surrounded by a 1.5 mile tree walk park in a very nice neighborhood that is within minutes to the Metrolink and AmTrak. We are approximately 15 miles from a variety of Ventura beaches and piers and 30 minutes form Malibu beach.
We love going to the beach, exploring the city, bike rides, hiking and walks. I love to play gold and my wife loves to cook and bake.

About the Area
Please enjoy your stay with us and treat our house as you would your own home! You will love beautiful community of Camarillo. The climate year-round generally remains in the 70s and low 80s during the day and the low to mid 60s during the evenings with a constant gentle ocean breeze.
My husband and I live in a very nice and friendly neighborhood. We are just a few minutes from the US-101 freeway as well as various beautiful beach and mountain communities. Public transportation including the train is very close by. We are near all of your needed amenities and surrounded by multiple hiking trails.

Be respectful of our hosts, other guests, our neighbors, and our property. Please communicate the times you are going to be in/out to the best of your ability. Basic cleaning up and tiding up after yourself, especially in common areas including the shared bathroom. Guests are allowed to have visitors with permission only.
Laundry Facilities are available on a first come, first served basis with your own detergent. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH OTHER PEOPLE'S LAUNDRY.
No Pets allowed.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
