My home is located in the southeastern part of Connecticut. I currently live alone, with my cat, empty nester, a daughter in college.
My home is on a quiet street in a leafy neighborhood. It’s a family oriented community where people take walks, walk their dogs and jog along the streets on a daily basis. The property has a huge front and back yard as well as a deck. The atmosphere is great with lots of trees, chirping birds and quiet neighbors. I am five miles away from a beautiful bike, walk trails. I have a bike which my guests are welcome to use. Also, the property is 3 to 5 minutes away from the grocery store and a variety of restaurants and coffee shops, 20 minutes from a casino and a major city.
My home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. We have a large kitchen with a bar area and dining area. We have a separate dining room that leads to our spacious family recreational room, which includes a hot tub. We also have a large deck which leads from the hot tub to our family outdoor pool. You can have a relaxing afternoon, do a BBQ or just hang out in our large backyard.
I am 25 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from the state capital of Hartford. I know a thing or two about hospitality and would enjoy hosting you.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
