I live in the quiet suburbs of Concord, California in a 4 bedroom house with my husband and two daughters. My older one goes to UC Berkeley and my younger one goes to the best high school, Northgate, in the Contra Costa district.
We also have a well-trained Siberian Husky puppy, Zeus, that loves to run around in our large backyard. The backyard has beautiful flowers growing around the perimeter and a barbecue for the hot summer days here. In our community, we have a swimming pool up our street, a basketball court, a tennis court, a park and we are only 15 minutes away from a beautiful duck pond.
Our family is bilingual, we speak both Cantonese and English.

About the Area
Our house is part of the Walnut Country community located at the foothills of Mount Diablo and across the street from the California State University East Bay Extension. We are about 30 minutes away from Diablo Valley College, which is deemed the best community college in California. Prior to the existence of Walnut Country, the Cowell Cement factory and the town of Cowell existed until 1969. The firehouse is the last building still standing from the town of Cowell today.
We are 15 minutes away from BART, which is transportation to many places including San Francisco, Oakland Airport, San Francisco Airport, Fremont, etc...

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
