You will enjoy it as this is your restful home away-stay. Your personal travel needs, the comforts of a hotel with the best of home free WiFi, a coffee press. Simple check-in and check-out. This is one of two furnished rooms available in the home. Home sits near a park and grocery store in a quiet neighborhood. Your private bedroom is on the second floor with a shared bathroom. Large closet, WiFi and TV. Great space for traveling nurses. 15 minutes to/from the airport.

About the Area
Our home is located Central in the city just one of our quiet Suburbs. We are just 15 minutes from the airport and only a few blocks to a major interstate. The bus stop is just at the end of our block and very convenient. Parking is just in front of the townhome for your convenience.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

- Do not block the neighbor’s driveway
- No shoes are worn in the house
- Do not have any mail or packages delivered to said property
- No smoking on or around the premises
- No loitering in front of the house
- No loud music in or around the premises
- No recreational drug use on-premises
- No weapons allowed on-premises
- Quiet hours between 10 pm - 6 am
- No guest use of washer & dryer
- No use of dye (hair or clothes) on the premises
- Wash dishes and stove after use & dry dishes and put them away
- Personal Hygiene Living Spaces and bedroom conditions to be kept fresh and clean.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
