My wife and I stays in a 4bedrooms and 3 bathrooms one story house in a gated community . Our house was built over 2 years ago. Our water is a spring water supplied by the city. We live north of Palm Springs area. We offer transportation to and from school. shopping , cook American oriental some Italian Mexican and Filipino dishes . My wife and I are both college graduates and will be glad to tutor with their assignments especially in English. We are patient and loving couple. My wife and I have been married for over 47 years. We have 2 grown married children and 3 grandchildren.

About the Area
We live in a gated neighborhood of Mountainview Estates adjacent to Mission Lakes Country Club. The area is very safe, quiet and it is a friendly neighborhood. Bus stops is a walking distance. Shopping banking is only 5 minutes away. The hospital and the Palm Springs International Airport only 15 minutes away. The college in Palm Springs is 20 minutes away . High School is 5 minutes away. Our neighbor’s teenagers attend the neighborhood high school. Our backyard has the view of Mission Lakes Golf Course it is also open to the public for those who wants to have some tee time with friends. And for those who would like to play bridge which my neighbor plays at the club on Saturdays. The mineral spring water that comes to the house is supplied by the city. The air is always fresh.

House Rules
No drugs no alcohol beverages no smoking no loud music enviting friends to come over with permission and no overnight. Bedtime is 10 pm breakfast serve 0700. During the week end the time is flexible for meal schedule The key is to provide a safe clean and loving environment. Clean up always after yourself. You have your private bathroom so keep it clean and tidy as well as your bedroom. We have laundry room inside the house you are welcome to use both the washer and the dryer please remove the lint and keep the laundry room tidy as well. Since we will be required to provide 2 meals during the week and 3 during the weekend we will have a written weekly menu to choose from . Cooking is permissible only with supervision. We are easy in getting along with . My wife and I loves to cook bake bread and pastries.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
