My girlfriend and I live on the premises in one of the upstairs bedrooms, with our friendly little cocker spaniel dog.
We will be there to greet and check you into your room. We will also be on-hand to answer and address any and all of your questions and concerns. We have complete respect for our guests and their privacy.

The House:
• Newly renovated Five-Bedroom house in secluded, wooded corner street for extra privacy.
• House encompasses professional chef's kitchen with modern stone countertops, European cabinetry and professional stainless-steel appliances as well as working wood fireplace and washer/dryer.
• Outside has newly renovated deck and patio furniture, fenced-in yard, two driveways for ample off-street parking, heated pool, outdoor shower, gas BBQ, and nature preserve right in our backyard.
• We're centrally located so we're less than a five-minute drive from town and near at least 10 beaches and 3 marinas.
• Brand new linens and towels are provided as well as maid service.

About the Area
Our home is located in the famous, Artist District of the Springs area in East Hampton. We're on a corner street that is wooded, quiet and secluded. We're also a couple blocks down the street from Moby's and all the marinas and their restaurants...Gardiner's, Harbor, Three Mile Harbor, Shag Wong, Halsey's and East Hampton Marina. We're a few minutes away from at least 10 beaches. Town is 5 minutes away and Talkhouse is only a 10 minute drive.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

Check-in is anytime after 3 pm.
Check-out is at 12 pm, noon.
While staying with us, please adhere to the following:
NO parties, gatherings or events
NO smoking on the premises
On the day of your check-out, please take your used towels and linens and leave them on the bed
Please make sure to always take any used dishes or glasses and put them in the dishwasher after use
Please keep the common areas clean
Please do not turn on the BBQ without host's permission and please make sure BBQ is shut properly after use
Please be aware that a dog lives on the property so act accordingly
Please shut off all electrical devices and lights when not in your room
Please make sure to shut burners off on the stove if using the stove
Please leave keys in the door lock upon check out.
Please be aware this is our house and you are using our personal belongings. Please treat our home with respect and care

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
